Triple Certified Fire Door Performance

Our composite fire doors are triple certified through an audited scheme that checks fire, smoke and PAS24 security performance. This means the doors are not only tested but also regularly assessed to ensure they continue to be manufactured correctly.

Doors are taken from production and tested as part of ongoing quality checks, helping to confirm that the required standards are consistently met.

Fire, Smoke & Security Compliant

Our FD30 composite fire doors are fully tested to meet key performance requirements, including BS EN 1634 for fire resistance and smoke control. They also meet PAS24:2016 and PAS24:2022 enhanced security standards, supporting resistance against common methods of attack.

The doors are third-party certified and audited by Q Mark for fire, smoke and security, giving clear assurance when specifying or installing fire doors.

Key features include:

Tested for Reliable Protection

Our composite fire doors have been tested to withstand exposure to both sides of the door slab. Testing has been completed across multiple door sizes to confirm performance in different configurations.

The doors have achieved a minimum performance of 39 minutes during fire testing and have been tested at temperatures of up to 885 degrees Celsius. This gives confidence that each doorset is designed to perform when it matters most.

Sidelight & Toplight Options

Composite fire doors can be supplied with a range of glazing and frame options to suit different project requirements. Options include integral toplights, separate toplights, full sidelights and flag sidelights. Doors may also be ordered with multiple sidelights on one side where required.

Identification Labels & Plugs

Each Hallmark composite fire door set is marked to identify its performance. An identification plug is positioned in the side of the door leaf near the top hinge, while security performance is shown through a label on the hinge or upper edge of the door leaf.

This helps clearly identify door performance on site, reducing reliance on paper certificates that may become lost or damaged.
